Update Starting from the 2026 Academic Year (115th Academic Year)
Starting from the 2026 academic year, if you need to apply for a delayed public release on both your printed thesis and electronic full text simultaneously, you must submit this request while filling the "Graduate Degree Examination Application Form" online via the "eCare" system.
  • Important: Once the system verifies and confirms your eligibility, the application details cannot be modified .
  • To avoid any disruption to the subsequent thesis submission process, please strictly remind students to carefully review and verify all application documents before submission.
We sincerely appreciate the assistance of all departments and graduate institutes in forwarding and promoting these regulations. This will ensure that our graduate students can successfully complete their degree thesis submission process.
